San Francisco Nativity Academy accepts students who will be 3 years old for PreK3, 4 years old for PreK4, 5 years olds for Kindergarten and 6 years olds for First Grade by September 1st. All applicants must be eligible for the Federal Free/Reduced Lunch Program in order to be eligible to apply. Families must desire a Christian education with longer days, an extended school year and a mandatory Summer Session.
HOW TO APPLY Step 1 - Application for Admission Complete and submit the attached application with the required documentation for proof of income ( tax return, check stubs, government assistance letter SNAP, TANF, etc). Click here to download the application. Step 2 - Determine Eligibility The Admissions Committee will review the application and determine whether a student meets the income requirements. Step 3 - Evaluation If the student is eligible, the school office will call to schedule an appointment. This includes an evaluation with the teacher and student, and a parent interview. Step 4 - Home Visit The school will call to schedule a home visit in which two staff members will visit with the parents at the home in order to discuss the school’s expectations and answer any questions. Step 5 - Notification of Acceptance and Registration If all steps have been completed, the school will provide the family with a Registration Packet. The student will officially be enrolled when the completed packet is submitted with a Registration Fee of $25. |
