Francis (Frank) Kalman
Frank joined our Board in August 2020. Frank earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University. Frank is an experienced energy executive with over 40 years of experience. He retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McDermott International, Inc. He has served on several public and private Boards including Weatherford International, Inc., Valaris, pls, Cameron School of Business at University of St. Thomas and Regis School of the Sacred Heart. He currently serves on the Board of the Catholic Leadership Institute. Frank and his wife, Gloria, have two grown daughters and four grandchildren.

Jim has business and finance experience with over 40 years in the healthcare industry having served as a facility CFO with Christus Health (formerly the Sisters of Charity Healthcare System) and Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. Jim is a community volunteer and has served on the San Francisco Nativity Academy Board, as Treasurer for over six years. Past community involvement includes Holy Ghost Catholic Church Finance Committee, Houston Metropolitan and Galveston Chamber of Commerce Board Member, YMCA of Central Louisiana Board Member and past Chair for the Central Louisiana American Heart Association Heart Walk.
Jim has an Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Jim holds a CPA license, retired from the State of Texas. Jim currently lives in Bellaire, TX with his wife, Peggy, and enjoys playing golf, fishing and traveling.
George joined the board in July 2020. He has over 50 years of finance and business experience and 40 years of community service activities. George received his Bachelor of Business
Administration from Southern Methodist University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. He retired as Executive Vice President and CFO of Browning-Ferris Industries. He has served, or is serving, on numerous private and community boards, including Univ. of St. Thomas, Houston Museum of Natural Science, Kinkaid School, PTV Healthcare Capital, Houston Symphony Society, among others. George lives in Houston with his wife Madelyn. They have three grown children and three grandchildren.

Brenda Turner Prejean
Brenda holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas (at Austin). She has over 25 years’ experience in Construction, Project, and Facilities Management in the areas of education, hospitality, medical, commercial, recreational, and sporting facilities with a specialty for finishes. Brenda has also been a Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC) Representative for the past two years, as an alternate, and now primary for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. For the last five years, she has been blessed to serve as a Director of Maintenance and Facilities Management for CHRISTUS Health in Houston, Texas. Gratefully, for three years, she has been a proud Board Member of the SFNA.

Ana Lee Jacobs
Ana Lee Sanchez Jacobs is currently serving her second term on the Board of Directors of The Regis School of the Sacred Heart. She is the Chair of the Advancement Committee, assisting Regis through her experience in fundraising, relationships, and grant writing.
Active in the Houston community, Ana Lee serves as a past council chair and current advisory council member for UT Health McGovern Medical School Children’s Learning Institute; a current member of the Leadership Cabinet of Texas Children’s Hospital and a current Director of the A.R. (Tony) and Maria Sanchez Family Foundation. She holds degrees from the American University and the University of Houston Law Center. Ana Lee is parent to two current middle school students at Regis.
Carmen joined Origin Bank as Executive Vice President in 2018 and currently serves as Regional President for the southern half of Texas. She is responsible for managing a team of bankers and ensuring the highest level of credit quality for all segments (including commercial and industrial, energy service, real estate, and private banking), while balancing growth with the appropriate level of risk. Jordan is a nationally recognized leader in banking. She was named as American Banker Magazine's Top 50 Women in Banking, an annual ranking based on factors such as profitability, growth, client recommendations, and peer support. Carmen lives in Sugar Land with her two daughters and is an active sports enthusiast, playing tennis and soccer, and enjoys boating and traveling.
